Xinsong Yang graduated from Yunnan University in 2006 with a master's degree in science. He is a member of the China Democratic League, an exceptional professor in 2011, a cited scientist of Clarivate Security, and an outstanding reviewer of SCI magazine J. Franklin Instit., visiting in 2019. He has worked in Southeast University, City University of Hong Kong, University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, commentator of American Mathematics Review, editor of SCI magazine Neural Processing Letters, member of National Complex Network Conference Professional Committee. At present, more than 100 scientific research papers have been published, which have been cited more than 4700 times by SCI source journals. The published journals include SIAM J. Control and Optimization, IEEE Trans. Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Trans. Circuits and Systems-I, IEEE Trans. Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Trans. Automatic Control, IEEE Trans. He is a Senior Member of CIC, Member of IEEE, Member of CCF. His main research interests include advanced wireless communications (5G/6G), non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA), ultra-dense network (UDN), machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT), unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), and visible light communication (VLC).
